Our boiler cracked open and water was pouring out all over the floor. I contacted Red's Heating and Cooling through Home Advisor and the owner was at my home in 30 minutes. He showed us what was wrong and explained, in terms we could understand, what the problem was and why it couldn't be repaired and had to be replaced. He ordered a new boiler for us and installed it on the second day after his first visit. As to be expected, there was a few issues that had to be adjusted or corrected, but each time we called, they were back within an hour. They also noted that there was a more efficient way for the system to work, and came back after everything was working properly to make the modification, which took about half a day to do, without extra charge. It was quite refreshing to deal with a company that not only completed the project in a timely manner, but saw a better way and took it upon themselves make changes that we would have never known were possible, because it was working perfectly normally as originally installed. I would recommend this company to anyone.

This review is a bit late, but, I finally have the time to write a thoughtful review. This past winter we had an issue with our furnace. After doing our research, we went with a fairly reputable company. The tech they sent was fairly new to the business, which was okay, as they did a good job and the price was right. We did feel that the company was pushing us to lease a new furnace and it turned us off. We also knew we were due for a cleaning at the time of the repair we had done, but just did not want to go with the company again. I did more research and found Red's Heating & Cooling. After reading through reviews, we decided to go with them and couldn't be happier. Joseph was professional, took his time doing a thorough job, was responsive and not pushy with up-selling us. This company clearly values customer service and honesty. We even had to call them out a second time and they were again, professional, honest, and delivered the best customer service that we have not experienced for some time. Companies used to be like this, but now it seems more and more companies are out to get the customer and their money. Go with Red's Heating & Cooling. We needed a new furnace and tankless water heater for our house as a part of a remodel we are doing. Jesse and Joe from Red's came over and explained to us what we needed and why. They were very friendly and answered all of our questions. Then, they gave us a better quote than the competition.
